Who we are

YAROTECH NETWORK LIMITED provides internet voucher services through the YAROTECH Radius Portal and a WhatsApp Voucher Agent. For privacy questions, support, or deletion requests, contact us at abdullahisammani2017@gmail.com.

Purpose of the WhatsApp Voucher Agent

The WhatsApp Voucher Agent helps customers view available internet plans, start secure payment, receive voucher details after successful payment, request resending of an existing voucher, and contact support for voucher-purchase issues.

Information we process

WhatsApp/customer identifier and phone number.
Messages, menu selections, and support requests sent to the agent.
Customer email when it is needed for payment receipt or voucher recovery.
Selected plan and the related tenant, router, location, or business association.
Payment reference, status, amount, currency, and provider transaction identifiers.
Generated voucher association and delivery status. Voucher credentials are handled only to deliver and recover the purchased access.
Message delivery statuses from WhatsApp/Meta.
Security and audit metadata such as timestamps, event identifiers, request status, and fraud-prevention signals.

Information not intentionally requested through WhatsApp

We do not intentionally request card numbers, card PINs, banking passwords, government identity numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal details through WhatsApp. Payment card details are processed by Paystack and are not stored by YAROTECH.

How we use information

Display available plans and prices for the relevant business or tenant.
Initialize payments and verify payment success server-side.
Generate, assign, deliver, and resend internet vouchers.
Provide customer support and resolve purchase or access issues.
Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate fulfilment, and unauthorized access.
Maintain accounting, audit, security, and legal records where required.

Service providers

We use Meta/WhatsApp to receive and send WhatsApp messages, and Paystack to process payments. Payment success is verified by the YAROTECH server before a voucher is issued. Paystack processes card details; YAROTECH does not store card numbers or CVV details.

Tenant and business data separation

The portal is multi-tenant. We use tenant, router, plan, and payment ownership checks so one tenant’s customer data and voucher activity are kept separate from another tenant’s data.

Security controls

We use access controls, server-side payment verification, audit logs, encrypted storage for sensitive integration tokens, and restricted administrative workflows. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain records only as long as needed for voucher delivery, customer support, fraud prevention, security, accounting, payment reconciliation, legal obligations, and reliable operation of the service. Some records may be anonymized instead of deleted when retention is required.

Children and minors

The service is intended for customers who are permitted to purchase paid internet access. Minors should use the service only with a parent, guardian, or responsible adult’s permission.

Your rights and deletion requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or anonymization of applicable personal data by contacting abdullahisammani2017@gmail.com. Deletion requests are handled according to our Data Deletion page.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our WhatsApp Voucher Agent, payment process, or legal obligations change. The update date above shows the current version.
