User Data Deletion

How to request deletion

Send your request to abdullahisammani2017@gmail.com using the email subject “WhatsApp Voucher Agent Data Deletion Request”. We do not provide automatic unauthenticated deletion from only a phone number because that could allow one person to delete another person’s data.

Information to include

Your WhatsApp number or customer identifier used with the agent.
The email address used for payment receipt, if any.
Payment reference, order date, tenant/business name, router/location, or selected plan if available.
The data you want deleted or anonymized.
Safe proof that you own the WhatsApp number, email, or payment record. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or CVV details.

Verification and processing

We will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the WhatsApp number, email, or payment record. After verification, we will acknowledge the request and review the affected WhatsApp conversation records, order records, voucher-delivery records, and support metadata.

Data that may be deleted or anonymized

WhatsApp conversation and menu-selection records where retention is no longer needed.
Customer contact details connected to voucher-support workflows where deletion is permitted.
Message delivery metadata that is no longer needed for support, fraud prevention, or audit purposes.

Data we may need to retain

Some information may need to be retained or anonymized instead of deleted for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, payment reconciliation, security, audit, dispute-resolution, or service-integrity reasons. This may include payment references, amounts, transaction statuses, voucher issuance evidence, and security audit events.

Payments and vouchers

Deleting or anonymizing data does not automatically reverse a completed payment, cancel a voucher, or create a refund. Refund or payment-dispute requests must be handled separately through support and the applicable payment provider process.
